Programme description
Flowgent is a trading name of Hajdúné Liliom Tímea e.v., a sole proprietorship registered in Hungary (EU VAT: HU90748844, registry no. 60080819), Szeged, Hungary.
We sell AI phone and scheduling automation to local service businesses in the United States. This SMS programme is used only for one-to-one, conversational follow-up with business contacts who have spoken with us by telephone, and to reply to businesses that text our number first. It is not a marketing or promotional programme and we send no bulk or broadcast messages.
Opt-in path 1 — verbal consent on a phone call (Call to Action)
Consent is collected verbally, person to person, during a live telephone call with a member of our team. There is no web form, purchased list, or third-party lead source involved: we only text a business that has just spoken with us on the phone and agreed on that call to receive a follow-up text.
The exact call to action our agent reads on every call is: “Would it be okay if I text you the details we just discussed at this number? You'd get one to three messages from Flowgent about this — message and data rates may apply, reply STOP any time to opt out, or HELP for help.”
A message is sent only if the person answers yes. The agent records that consent against the contact in our CRM before any message is sent, together with the date and the agent's name. If the answer is anything other than yes, no message is sent.
Opt-in path 2 — the business texts us first
Businesses we have called sometimes reply by text to the number we called from, without having been asked. When a business sends us a message first, we treat that inbound message as consent to reply within that conversation only.
The workflow is: the business sends an inbound text to one of our published numbers; the message is delivered into our console and attributed to that contact; a member of our team replies by hand to the specific question asked. Our first reply carries “Reply STOP to opt out.” We do not add the number to any list, we send nothing beyond the scope of the conversation the business started, and if the business does not reply again we do not follow up by text.
These are the only two ways a number can enter this programme. We never message a number that has neither given verbal consent on a call nor texted us first.
What we send
Human-written, one-to-one messages only: information requested during the call, video meeting links for appointments the business agreed to, our company contact details, and short scheduling follow-ups.
Example message: “Hi John, it's Philipp from Flowgent — thanks for taking my call. Here's the meeting link we discussed: https://meet.google.com/xxx-xxxx-xxx. Reply STOP to opt out.”
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies, and is typically one to three messages following a call. Message and data rates may apply. Flowgent does not charge for these messages.
Opting out and getting help
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts immediately. You may also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, STOPALL or OPTOUT. Reply HELP for help, or email philipp2@flowgentagency.com.
The first message we send to any number carries opt-out instructions. Once a number replies STOP we do not text it again.
Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
We do not buy, rent, sell or share phone numbers, and we operate no affiliate or third-party lead-generation programme. Our full privacy policy is published at https://flowgentagency.com/privacy.
